Summary: The hotel was old and our room smelled bad. The front desk was nice the breakfast attendance seemed like it was a burden for them to be there. I would not stay here again.

Summary: The rooms with 2 queens and a sofa bed are very very spacious. Bed are ok. Little stiff but still comfortable. Rooms were clean and the premises are clean. Would stay at again.

Summary: They did not clean our rooms every day , even though cleaning rooms was part of the service. I ran into a cleaner the second day and made sure they would clean our room and another family member’s room. Halls were smelly and extremely warm. Our ac unit took awhile to cool off our room one night.

Summary: Wasn't a suite as I thought I had booked. Pics online were misleading apparently. And immediately after I checked in, the online price dropped $10 which was discouraging. Plus Trivago offered $35 dollars cheaper I found after the fact. I will most likely find another way to book hotels from now on.

Summary: Had to stay in a hotel due to power outage. Definitely a nice hotel but they also lost power briefly and the hot tub was down and for some reason 1.5 hours before the pool closed they decided to shock the pool so you couldn’t swim for roughly 30 minutes.

Summary: It wasn’t the room i booked and front desk was rude on the signs it said breakfast was at 6 but didn’t start till 7and they charged me twice for parking

Summary: My family had a wonderful experience. We stayed here for 2 nights while we explored Pittsburgh. The room was spacious and clean. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. The hotel staff are also very warm and helpful. Special shout out to the wonderful ladies working in the breakfast area.

Summary: Didn't understand why we had to pay for parking? Our parking fee was waved but we never gave our license plate at check-in nor was there any way to track which cars were coming and going so we were very curious how they could even charge for parking.
